Overview:

We’re looking for a versatile and self-driven Content & Graphic Designer to lead branding, visual storytelling, and content execution across digital, print, and social. This is not just a design gig—it's a hybrid role where you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives, drive content strategy, and collaborate across our Real Estate, Retail, and Corporate divisions.

You’ll be our go-to person for high-impact visuals, presentations, social campaigns, and branded assets that drive engagement and support sales. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, knows how to prioritize, and doesn’t wait around for direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle: from concept to design to publishing.
  • Design visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and social posts.
  • Build and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create branded content for different business units—tailored but consistent.
  • Coordinate with developers/vendors on landing pages and website content updates.
  • Propose and drive a quarterly marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Track performance and refine strategy based on data.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all content and touchpoints.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in content creation, graphic design, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Canva & PowerPoint
  • Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Familiarity with website CMS (Webflow, WordPress, or similar).
  • Sharp design instincts and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and self-management.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in real estate, retail, or B2B sales enablement.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and juggling priorities.
  • Strategic mindset—you think beyond execution and tie content back to growth.
