Quantive is seeking an incredible Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator to join the team.

This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are currently working on a hybrid basis with a mix of working from home and working from the office.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This mid-level individual contributor role is perfect for someone who excels in resolving technical issues, building custom reports, and managing the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce environments.

The Details:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Maintain and support our Salesforce environment, including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles administration and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and administer system changes in areas such as workflows, process builders, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to meet business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the Salesforce platform, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum utilization of features.
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
  • Maintain system security and integrity, with a focus on setup, data security, and backups.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce end-users as needed, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the platform and comfortable with any changes.


What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a mid to large size organization.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing third-party integrations e.g. Hubspot, payment systems, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Proficient in data manipulation and cleaning.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

About the interview process
