We are seeking a kind and friendly LVN/LPN to represent Radish Health and support quality virtual primary care for our patients. You will be seeing patients two full days per week at our partner site in San Antonio, TX and facilitating telehealth visits. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish.Responsibilities:Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Radish HealthFacilitate telehealth visits with patients, including taking vital signs, reviewing medical history, answering patient questions, and setting up technologyAdminister vaccinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelinesPerform phlebotomy procedures involving venipuncture to obtain blood samplesMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsWork with a small and dynamic team of providers to help patientsSupport patient care by providing care coordination and responding to patient emails, texts, and phone callsFollow infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environmentComply with state and federal regulations related to nursing practiceContribute to clinical marketing materialsQualifications:Active TX LVN/LPN license in good standingKind and empathetic personality with exceptional customer service skillsBilingual in English and SpanishAvailability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX two full days per week with the possibility of adding additional hours in the futureExperience administering vaccinations and performing phlebotomyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently onsite and as part of a team virtuallyStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical record systemsCurrent BLS certification and COVID-19 vaccinationAt Radish, we believe in healthcare that works as hard as you do.
