Full job description
We're hiring a Marketing & Growth Associate to support two sides of Radish: winning new clients and engaging the members we already serve. Early on, you'll help our sales team run — keeping the CRM clean, supporting outreach, and making sure no opportunity slips through. From there, you'll grow into product and member marketing: telling the Radish story to prospects, and building the campaigns that get employees to sign up and use their care once we land a client.
This is a great early-career role for someone who is organized, curious, and a strong writer — and who wants to grow with us as we do.
Responsibilities
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and useful — accurate records, clear deal stages, and simple reporting
- Support the sales team with outreach, scheduling, follow-ups, and prep so nothing falls through the cracks
- Help create product marketing materials — one-pagers, emails, decks, and website copy that explain what Radish does and why it matters
- Build and run member engagement campaigns that get employees to sign up and use their care after a client goes live
- Write clear, warm copy across channels — email, social, and internal materials — that sounds like Radish
- Track what's working — registration rates, engagement, campaign performance — and share what you learn
- Partner with our clinical and operations teams so our messaging matches the care we actually deliver
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in marketing, sales support, communications, or a similar role (internships count)
- Strong writer — you can explain something clearly and make people want to act
- Organized and self-directed, comfortable juggling several things at once
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and AI assistants like Claude
- Curious about healthcare and genuinely interested in helping people get care
- Nice to have: experience with CRMs, email marketing, or design tools; a background in healthcare, benefits, or health tech
