Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employees responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.
Rallyware is looking for a Marketing Operations & Campaign Specialist to help us run smarter, faster, and more impactful marketing programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on executor who’s fluent in HubSpot, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is hungry to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You’ll own the systems and workflows that power our campaigns, working closely with demand gen, content, and sales to ensure emails, automation, social media, and reporting are firing on all cylinders.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and report on email campaigns from start to finish;
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and attribution;
- Plan and execute our social media calendar in coordination with campaigns and launches;
- Partner with sales and demand gen to execute multi-step outbound campaigns using ZoomInfo and HubSpot;
- QA and improve campaign execution across multiple ICPs and brands;
- Support setup, tracking, and testing for webinars, content syndication, and digital programs;
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and scale repeatable processes.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or demand generation — ideally in B2B SaaS;
- Advanced HubSpot skills: workflows, email marketing, list management, reporting, and social media;
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear communicator and fast, thoughtful writer;
- Experience with CMS tools like WordPress;
- Proven track record managing email and social campaigns end to end;
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Bonus points for
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or similar tools for contact intelligence and enrichment;
- Familiarity with SEO/AI search trends and tools like GA4, GSC, or Semrush;
- A builder’s mindset — excited about systems, automation, QA, and experimentation.
