Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.
We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Account Executive to lead our enterprise retail sales strategy in your region, drive revenue growth, and elevate the in-store customer experience across all locations. This role is ideal for a data-driven, operationally strong leader with a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a passion for building and scaling high-performing teams.
You will oversee multi-store performance, manage regional sales managers, and partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations to optimize sales and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-level retail sales strategy aligned with company goals;
- Lead and coach regional and store-level sales teams to meet KPIs and revenue targets;
- Monitor store performance and implement action plans for underperforming locations;
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams on product launches and promotions;
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions;
- Drive best-in-class customer experience initiatives across all retail touchpoints;
- Set and manage retail budgets, forecasts, and sales targets;
- Support retail expansion strategy, including location selection and new store openings;
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with brand standards and policies;
- Report on performance to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in retail sales management, including multi-store leadership;
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance in a retail environment;
- Strong leadership, team development, and motivational skills;
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with POS systems, CRM tools, and retail analytics;
- Strong understanding of in-store operations, customer experience, and visual merchandising;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
