We believe in the power of every single employee leading a company to success, and we foster this power with the help of our highly scalable, data-driven mobile and web platforms. Rallyware is trusted by market-leading customers across the globe, including Samsung, Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, and many others, to achieve higher sales, faster onboarding, increased adherence and participation in initiatives, stronger digital presence of corporate learning and development, more effective communication, and many other business objectives across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on direct selling.

Rallyware was founded at MIT in 2012 and is a graduate of Techstars Boston. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA, with the team distributed across the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Great Britain, Australia, Peru, and Argentina. We are a team of high-performing, responsible, and sociable people who enjoy being in the trenches of a high-growth startup and are dedicated to understanding customer problems and solving tough challenges together. Our people are proactive, conscientious, highly communicative, collaborative, and impactful; we place the team ahead of ourselves and strive to excel in cross-functional work to move the company forward.

Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery in a B2B SaaS environment. You’ll turn customer and business needs into clear problem statements, prioritize the right initiatives, and work closely with engineering, design, analytics, sales, and marketing to ship incremental improvements and measure impact.

This role includes working with external stakeholders (clients/partners/integrators) when needed—aligning on goals, constraints, success criteria, and communicating trade-offs transparently.

Responsibilities

Insight → Problem framing

  • Identify and interpret signals from multiple sources (clients, sales, support, analytics, interviews, ad-hoc requests).
  • Synthesize qualitative + quantitative inputs into clear insights, problem statements, and hypotheses.
  • Translate insights into initiatives that help teams make informed solution decisions.
  • Frame problems and initiatives in a way that enables experimentation to reduce risk and earlier assumptions validation.
  • Own a broader product domain or high-ambiguity problem space, defining strategic problem areas and framing opportunities in alignment with business and revenue goals.

Prioritization & roadmap ownership

  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, risk, and strategic goals.
  • Make trade-offs explicit and negotiate scope when needed.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, sequencing, and rationale.
  • Drive product strategy and prioritization with high autonomy, making hard trade-offs across customer, business, and technical constraints.

Delivery & iteration (incremental by default)

  • Define features, write user stories, and maintain clear acceptance criteria.
  • Slice initiatives into incremental releases that enable early validation (not “big bang” launches).
  • Plan and coordinate staged rollouts, experiments, and controlled launches.
  • Support fast iteration cycles, incorporating learnings from each release.
  • Elevate product delivery standards by improving team practices, decision quality, and execution processes across initiatives and squads.

Cross-functional & external collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data analytics to define, validate, and deliver initiatives.
  • Represent the product and domain strategy in strategic conversations with key partners, clients, and internal leadership.
  • Communicate decisions clearly and proactively — especially when priorities or scope change.
  • Elevate stakeholder alignment across leadership and customer-facing teams, including exec-facing communication on product direction, priorities, and trade-offs.

Measurement & product analytics

  • Use funnel and product metrics (activation, engagement, conversion, retention) to guide prioritization and iteration.
  • Define success metrics upfront and validate outcomes post-launch.
  • Share results and insights with stakeholders in a way that supports decision-making.

Documentation & quality

  • Produce clear specs and documentation connecting business context to implementation.
  • Validate delivered solutions against requirements and support QA/testing processes.
  • Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional partners by sharing best practices and raising the bar for product thinking, documentation quality, and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with proven ownership of product strategy and prioritization for a product domain.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on digital products in a cross-functional team (engineering + design + data/analytics).
  • Strong product thinking: problem framing, prioritization, trade-off decisions, and clear communication.
  • Ability to work with unstructured inputs and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Comfort operating in a B2B SaaS context (multiple personas, longer sales cycles, customer constraints).
  • Ability to align and influence stakeholders (including external ones when needed).
  • Strong written communication (stories/specs/acceptance criteria) and structured thinking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM, AI-driven products, or data-heavy platforms.
  • Experience with platform products and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Hands-on discovery practices (assumption mapping, validation interviews, rapid prototyping with design/eng).
  • Strong external stakeholder communication (clients/partners/integrators).

Success Criteria

  • You quickly build a clear picture of customer needs, constraints, and opportunities.
  • The team ships valuable improvements incrementally and measures outcomes.
  • Stakeholders trust the product process because priorities and trade-offs are transparent.
  • Product decisions are increasingly grounded in data and validated learning.

We offer

  • People-oriented management without bureaucracy.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Friendly and engaging professional team.
