Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to support customer onboarding and implementation projects within the Professional Services team. This role will work closely with Rallyware Business Solution and Technical Solution Consultants, as well as customer project and technical teams, to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure successful implementation delivery for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
- Coordinate activities across Rallyware consultants, internal stakeholders, and customer teams
- Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and project documentation
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between business and technical workstreams
- Track risks, dependencies, escalations, and action items to support smooth project execution
- Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Support launch coordination, incident management, and post-launch follow-ups
- Ensure proactive, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of project management, onboarding, or implementation experience
- Experience working with enterprise customers in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting environments
- C1+ English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and presentation skills
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation management
- Ability to make confident decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong negotiation, alignment, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing deadlines, delivery milestones, launch coordination, and incident management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum, or other project management certification would be a plus
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or SaaS onboarding projects
- Experience working with customer project and technical teams in cross-functional environments
