SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to join our Customer Success Engineering team. You will be working directly with developers and product managers at companies using Rasa to build conversational assistants. You’ll support them in deploying our software, development, building models and resolving issues. You will collaborate closely with Rasa’s product team to improve our product, including API design, docs, and usability. You will be reporting to the Director of Customer Success Engineering.

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: Serbia or Germany

This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of Germany or Serbia for this position.

Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission.We are hiring for this position because we are seeing tremendous growth in our customer base. As a CSE, you will:

  • Help our customer's engineers build chatbots with the Rasa Platform

  • Help our customer’s DevOps team deploy to Kubernetes

  • Run training sessions & workshops

  • Advocate for the customer by passing on product feedback to the product team

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience supporting customers in a technical role

  • Experience with Conversational AI, ideally Rasa

  • Experience with either Python or Full Stack apps that run in the cloud, ideally DevOps experience with Kubernetes

  • You will be working from Serbia or Germany, with occasional evenings to overlap with US-based customers.
