About Rayda:

At Rayda, we are on a mission to enable organisations to unlock value from their fixed assets through its entire lifecycle. Today, we do this by providing organisations with a comprehensive and all-inclusive fixed asset management system that monitors the entire life cycle of their fixed assets.

About the role:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations team. The core responsibility of the Operations Associate is to support the day-to-day operations of the company. As an Operation Associate, you should be able to manage the day-to-day business and administrative operations at Rayda.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records and documentation.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives. Track project milestones, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders

  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy of inventory records.

  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to operations. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining operations and improving efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor the effectiveness of new processes.

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and process improvements. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and quality control processes is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skill, attention to detail and a focus on quality

  • Good technical and non-technical oral and written communication

  • Must be willing to collaborate

Note: This role is strictly for people about to embark on NYSC or that are currently participating in NYSC
