About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the end-to-end hiring process—right from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:-
Source relevant profiles using Naukri, LinkedIn and other online channels
Apply Boolean search techniques to find high-quality candidates.
Maintain and update the talent pipeline.Screening & Shortlisting:-
Review and evaluate candidate resumes based on job descriptions.
Match skills, experience, and cultural fit criteria.
Create a shortlist of qualified candidates for further evaluation.Initial HR Screening Call:-
Conduct introductory calls with candidates to assess:
Career goals
Skills & experience
Notice period
Compensation expectations
Clearly explain the role, company background, and hiring process.
Capture detailed notes and update the ATS/Excel tracker.Technical Interview Coordination:-
Schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Share candidate CVs and screening notes with the panel.
Follow up with interviewers for feedback and status updates.
Ensure smooth communication between the candidate and interview panel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
Good understanding of LinkedIn & job portals (training will be provided).
Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
