🧠 Your Role: Lead the AI that walks with us

As our Senior Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy embedded AI models that power DREEVEN’s intelligent movement. You will turn high-frequency sensor data into real-time decision-making and adaptive control—deploying an AI system that learns from and responds to each user’s gait.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📊 Model Development

• Design and train Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for classification, prediction, and control.
• Analyze time-series data from IMUs, pressure sensors, encoders, and other onboard systems.

🤖 Embedded AI Integration

• Collaborate with embedded engineers to deploy models on-device using optimized runtimes.
• Ensure models run in real-time with high performance and robustness on embedded systems.

🛠️ ML Ops & Infrastructure

• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
• Leverage cloud tools for training, experimentation, and logging.

🤝 Collaboration & Research

• Work cross-functionally with hardware, software, and clinical teams.
• Contribute to scientific research, patents, and publications.
• Conduct ongoing tech watch on AI, RL, and robotics.

🧪 Validation & Iteration

• Participate in user testing and clinical trials to validate model performance.
• Continuously improve algorithms based on real-world usage and edge cases.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

You’re not just a builder—you’re a thinker, an explorer, and a problem-solver with the following background:

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Robotics AI.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Proficiency in X-Cube-AI and the ST environment (CubeMX, CubeIDE).
• In-depth knowledge of TensorFlow and optimization tools.
• Experience in MatLab or Simulink.
• Strong skills in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning principles.
• Experience with embedded AI models on microprocessors/controllers.
• Solid time-series analysis and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of signal processing and sensor data.
• Familiarity with ML Ops and embedded deployment.
• Proficient in SQL and sensor data analytics.
• Ability to drive projects independently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience.
• Fluent in English (B2+).

🌟 Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with Isaac Sim (Nvidia) or similar simulators.
• Knowledge of mechatronics or embedded platforms (Arduino, Jetson, etc.).
• Background in biomechanical signal processing.
• Experience in medical devices or wearable robotics.
