- Work with client leadership to identify ideal Alpha users
- Schedule education/shadow and debrief sessions
- Complete and post daily recap of each session including observations, issues feedback and support plan
- Monitor utilization, prompt use as needed
- Communicate resolution/status of feedback submitted
- Obtain names and schedules of all providers who will be using Regard
- Schedule education/shadow and debrief sessions

- Email product updates as they are released
- On-site check-in/refresher sessions twice per year

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in education, healthcare, software application end user education, or related field required.
- Experience working with physicians or in a hospital setting preferred
- Familiarity with adult learners, in-person and virtual training helpful
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to confidently demonstrate using Regard within physician meetings
- Required to travel at least 75% of the time
- Required to be within an hour driving distance from a major airport
