Associate Regional Sales Manager - East Coast

In a typical week, you may:
- Coordinate and execute tasks to progress opportunities under the direction of the RSM
- Manage prospects from lead to close
- Pipeline forecasting and sales cycle management for your assigned geography
- Present compelling value-based solutions to C-Suite executives
- Identify client challenges and demonstrate Regard’s value proposition
- Learn new product and services features and benefits
- Continuously build strong client relationships
- Sales intel and documentation in salesforce.com for your assigned opportunities
- Work with customer success teams to support client launches
- Report out KPIs
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate consultative c-suite and clinical leadership feature & benefit selling
- Drive relationships and case volume while growing sales with current and potential customers
- Achieve “overall” & “focused” sales/revenue quotas as assigned
- Drive sales opportunities at existing (expansion) & new accounts
- Effectively target, forecast, cultivate, & execute sales strategies within given territory
- Conduct consultative sales calls to Hospitalists, Specialists, APPs, CMOs, CNOs, CQOs, CIOs, CMIOs (the C-Suite)
- Create & present complex, multi-product category proposal & pricing recommendations
- Spearhead discovery, intel, lead qualification for new opportunities and to support RSM deal progression tasks
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships with advisors, key clinicians, economic stakeholders, etc.
- Field “leads” generated from inbound marketing, conferences, Sr. Leadership engagement, & effectively follow up at the local level to drive successful results
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
- Effectively partner with Regard’s sales and marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, & field-based counterparts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of SDR / inside sales and 1+ years’ experience in health SaaS outside sales, preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite and Microsoft office applications and virtual meeting software
- Must live within the territory (East Coast) and be willing to travel as needed to hit objectives
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal oriented
- Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Covid-19 vaccination required
