Executive Business Partner to the CEO

Responsibilities:
- Proactively organize and manage a complex calendar; prioritize and coordinate a high volume of ever-changing requests and priorities, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and other duties are carried out seamlessly and on schedule
- Oversee and coordinate all travel arrangements and ensure smooth travel by anticipating and addressing potential issues
- Relationship management for a complex & diverse set of stakeholders, demonstrating a strong attention to detail
- Facilitate communication on behalf of the CEO ensuring that all messages are tracked and responded to promptly, including reading, researching, and routing correspondence
- Field and filter incoming requests; exercising strong judgment and discretion with time-sensitive, confidential information
- Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Anticipate CEO’s needs and proactively assemble, coordinate, and schedule with appropriate people and resources
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations investor and board meetings
- Attend company events and necessary business meetings, take notes on action items, and follow up with content and deliverables as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an in an executive administrative support role
- Experience supporting a C-level executive
- Experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of an executive
- Well versed in using Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other communication technologies
- Able to work flexible hours and be responsive outside of normal business hours
- Able to travel up to 1 week a month for company meetings and events

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional focus on detail in written communication
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- Acute attention to detail, nothing goes unnoticed or overlooked
- Excellent independent judgment and ability to consider, compare, and evaluate different courses of action, and make an informed decision in the best interests of the CEO and team
- Ability to understand top business priorities and effectively prioritize an executive's time
- Familiarity with tech startup ecosystem including board of directors, investors, clients, etc.
Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization
- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- Our expectation for this role is to be in the office 3 days per week. We may request more frequent in-office work during the onboarding period.
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
- We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly

- Additionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year
