VP Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic vision for marketing alongside leadership to enable company goals
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, empowering each member to grow in their expertise.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across our target audiences (physicians, CMIOs, CMO, CFO, VP Rev Cycle)
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to articulate Regard’s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly
- Oversee digital, product, and content marketing initiatives, creating consistent and cohesive experiences across channels
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with business growth goals
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning
- Drive demand generation efforts to attract healthcare professionals, provider organizations, and other partners, ensuring a strong sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as Director or VP Marketing (VP preferred)
- Proven track record in growth marketing, brand building, and leading successful go-to-market strategies for healthcare SaaS products
- Experience building and managing a diverse marketing team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and improvement
- Experience working in a high velocity startup (Series A or B)
- Experience developing & executing comprehensive marketing strategies: digital channels, content marketing, events, agency partnerships, product marketing, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly collaborative, strong bias to action, focused on continuous improvement, and builds high quality work, teams, and results
- Experience bringing novel technology to market
- Experience marketing to health system financial & clinical leaders (CFO, VP Rev Cycle, CMIO, CMO, CQO)
Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization
- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- Our expectation for this role is to be in the office 3 days per week. We may request more frequent in-office work during the onboarding period.
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
- We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly

- Additionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year
