Office Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Oversee supplies procurement and office budget. Manage relationships with suppliers and building management. Coordinate regular ordering of team lunches and stock the kitchen with essentials to keep the team fueled and happy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.
- Team Events & Culture: Plan and execute team-building events, offsites, and celebrations. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for cultural initiatives and activities. Maintain a calendar of events and activities to ensure consistent engagement touch points throughout the year.
- Candidate and New Hire Experience: Partner with Talent Acquisition to create a welcoming and positive interview experience for on-site candidates. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial weeks, providing guidance on policies, systems, and resources.
- Administrative: Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and employees as needed. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing logistics for company-wide events or leadership gatherings.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in office management, operations, HR, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities; adept at balancing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse teams
- Proficient with G-Suite
- Must be able to stand for long periods and carry up to 50lbs
- This is an in-office position (Mon - Fri) in our NoMad office

- A genuine passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Proficient in Slack, and other office tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems as needed
Location | Work Authorization
- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- Our expectation for this role is to be in the office Mon-Fri
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
