Senior Brand & Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of brand messaging and priorities working across marketing, product, design teams
- Partner with internal spokespersons to build their voice and visibility through compelling narratives including speaking abstracts, blogs, and social posts
- Lean into creative visual and video-based storytelling across key touchpoints; i.e. website, branded events, and social - managing agency partners and freelancers for execution
- Conceptualize and lead key brand activations at key industry events aimed at raising awareness and favorability among target executive audiences
- Work with product marketing and freelance content writers to build and manage a content calendar targeting entire funnel (with PMM owning bottom-of-funnel content)
- Run brand experiments, measure performance and iterate and scale based on thoughtful consideration of what works
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing
- Deep understanding of brand building within a startup or growth-stage company
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to share examples of past work or campaigns
- Proven ability to build a strategic content marketing plan and bring it to life across multiple channels
- Comfortable working with comms/PR agencies, creative agencies and managing external vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing SaaS products and/or engaging C-suite audiences
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools
Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization
- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- Our expectation for this role is to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We may request more frequent in-office work during the onboarding period.
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
- We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly

- Additionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year
