Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and professional networks, with an emphasis on sourcing diverse and representative technical talent
- Review inbound applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates and present top talent to recruiters and hiring managers
- Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest and alignment with role requirements
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics across time zones, ensuring clear communication and coordination with both candidates and interviewers
- Greet and host on-site candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience
- Track and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide support with pipeline management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition support role
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar platforms)
- Able to occasionally flex working hours to align with team members in Pacific Time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical sourcing experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and candidate care

Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization
- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- Our expectation for this role is to be in the office approximately 4 days per week
- We may occasionally require you to work flex hours to align with team members in Pacific Time
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
