Workplace Experience and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Support office operations by coordinating daily lunch orders, snack restocks, and vendor deliveries
- Handle light facilities tasks such as taking out garbage, running small errands, and restocking supplies, ensuring the office is clean, and organized
- Greet and host visitors and on-site candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience
- Serve as the point of contact for building maintenance requests and vendors
- Support the planning and execution of team events, celebrations, and offsites (setup, logistics, cleanup, etc.).
- Help coordinate birthdays, milestones, and other cultural touch-points virtually and in person
- Maintain the internal events calendar
- Support the onboarding process by preparing desks, welcome kits, and system setup and partner with People Ops to ensure new hires have everything they need in their first weeks
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in office coordination, people operations, events or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving small problems independently
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be in-office (Mon–Fri) in our NoMad location
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup or high growth environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating a great employee experience
- Familiarity with Slack or other collaboration tools

- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- Our expectation for this role is to be in the office Mon-Fri
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
