About the Role

As a Creative Designer at Regfyl, you will be the visual storyteller driving our brand’s identity in a fast-paced fintech/AI startup environment. You’ll create eye-catching graphics, videos, and motion graphics for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, as well as design marketing collateral for events and campaigns. This mid-level role can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility as you bring your creativity and technical skills to shape Regfyl’s digital presence. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure all visual content resonates with our audience and reflects our innovative brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Branding: Create static and animated visual assets such as LinkedIn post graphics, infographics, event banners, and marketing brochures that align with Regfyl’s brand identity.
  • Video Production: Edit and produce short-form videos for LinkedIn and YouTube (e.g. product demos, webinars highlights, event recap videos), incorporating motion graphics to engage viewers.
  • Visual Storytelling: Transform long-form content (reports, blog posts) into compelling visual snippets or infographics for social media, making complex fintech/AI concepts easy to grasp.
  • Digital Asset Management: Maintain and organize our library of digital assets (images, icons, clips, templates) for easy retrieval and reuse by the team.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Social Media & Content Manager to understand content needs and deliver visuals on schedule. Coordinate planning for video shoots or screen recordings when needed.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date on design trends, new creative tools (Adobe CC updates, Canva features, etc.), and best practices in digital content. Continuously experiment with fresh ideas (animations, layouts, graphics styles) to keep our content modern and engaging.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio or samples of past work required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design and editing tools – Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), as well as Canva, CapCut or similar software. Ability to create basic motion graphics is a must.
  • Visual Storytelling: Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling. Ability to translate complex ideas and our brand identity into clear, appealing graphics and videos.
  • Platform Knowledge: Understanding of social media formats and requirements (image/video dimensions, duration, best practices) for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Organization: Excellent attention to detail and file organization skills to manage a growing asset library.
  • Teamwork & Time Management: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote-friendly team. Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred (but not required if you have great experience/portfolio).
  • Certifications: Professional certifications or courses in graphic design, video production, or motion graphics (e.g. Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus.
  • Domain Interest: Familiarity or interest in fintech, finance, or AI technologies – since our content often touches on these themes, it helps if you’re excited about them!
