Project Manager
Type: Full-timeTeam: ProductReports to: Head of Product
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivery operations across our platform initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Product and CTO in order to coordinate the engineering, AI and data team. You will be stepping into an active delivery environment with multiple parallel workstreams, customers in US and Israel, and a product at a critical growth stage.
Key responsibilities
Planning and coordination
- Own delivery planning and coordination for the platform initiatives and deliveries
- Run sprint planning, backlog readiness checks, and weekly delivery rhythm
- Align dependencies across teams and stakeholders (engineering, data, design, sales)
- Lead recurring meetings with customers to gather structured feedback, capture evolving requirements, and ensure clear alignment and follow-through with Product
Execution management
- Track Jira execution daily: statuses, blockers, next steps, owners
- Ensure tasks are well-defined enough for engineering to execute (templates, acceptance criteria, readiness)
- Drive follow-ups and unblock work, including coordinating with external consultants when relevant
Stakeholder alignment and reporting
- Provide regular status updates: progress, risks, scope changes, timeline shifts
- Prepare leadership-ready summaries for CEO, CTO, and Head of Product
- Surface misalignments early and facilitate reprioritization with Head of Product and CTO
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture decisions, and ensure decisions become actions
- Maintain visibility into team-level progress against quarterly OKRs and product roadmap milestones
Delivery quality and release operations
- Coordinate QA readiness, release checklists, and deployment communications
- Ensure documentation is updated (release notes, internal guides)
- Drive post-release follow-ups: bugs, customer feedback loop, retrospectives
Customer delivery operations
- Coordinate customer-facing delivery schedules, deadlines, and internal owners
- Support time zone scheduling and delivery preparation for US and Israeli customers' work

Required qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years in a Project or Program Manager role managing delivery of SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
- Experience operating within OKR frameworks and aligning delivery execution to strategic roadmap goals
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and GIS/data tasks
- Strong project planning skills: milestones, critical path, scope control
- Risk management: identify risks early, propose mitigation, and escalate clearly
- Tool fluency: Jira/Confluence or equivalent, meeting facilitation
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or adjacent industries
- Experience working with US customers or across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with GIS tools or geospatial data environments
- Background in early-stage startups
