We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team at REplace, an AI-powered M&A intelligence platform for the US renewable energy sector. You will work across our full stack, including iQueue, our interconnection queue intelligence product used by energy developers and M&A investors, designing, building, and maintaining features end-to-end. This is a hands-on engineering role in a small, fast-moving team where ownership and execution matter.

Key responsibilities

Fullstack development

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using Python (Azure Functions) and React
Own features from spec to production, including backend logic, frontend UI, and deployment
Implement architectural improvements and performance enhancements as the platform scales

APIs and data

Build and maintain RESTful APIs integrated with PostgreSQL and geospatial data layers
Work with structured and spatial data to power product features across iQueue and other surfaces

Infrastructure and deployment

Deploy and maintain serverless backend functions on Azure
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery workflows

Collaboration and process

Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising the technical bar of the codebase
Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and product to ship new functionality efficiently
Work within an agile (Scrum) process and contribute to continuous delivery

Required qualifications

Solid fullstack experience with Python and React
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience deploying serverless functions
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for web app deployment (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, or similar)
Experience with cloud services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English level, written and spoken
Experience working in agile/Scrum teams

Nice to have

Experience with GIS technologies or geospatial data (maps, spatial queries, PostGIS)
Experience in a startup with fewer than 20 people
Experience with large-scale data processing and performance optimization
