Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Focused Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building applications from scratch in a startup environment and deep expertise in frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Redux. Proficiency in Python and Django is highly desirable. This role requires a self-starter with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Lead the development of user-facing components with React/Redux, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Full-Stack Development: Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs and services effectively.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.
- Startup Project Ownership: Take ownership of building critical features and modules from scratch in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
- AI and Automation Integration: Participate in the integration of AI tools and automation as part of the product's long-term roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7–8 years in full-stack development with a primary focus on frontend technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, and experience with Python/Django is a plus.
- Startup Experience: Proven track record of building projects from scratch in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- AWS Expertise: Familiarity with AWS services is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year
- Bonuses: Up to 10% annual salary based on performance
