My co-founder Ian and I combine over 15 years of industry experience, working with companies like SEW-Eurodrive, Terex, Bosch and Carl Zeiss. We co-founded Resourcly, a Techstars-backed, industrial tech startup to help industrial manufacturers streamline complex portfolios to improve EBIT while preventing and reducing idle inventory from being scrapped.
With our solution we want to solve industry problems that we have tried to address for the last decade in the manufacturing companies we worked for, but that have so far been out of reach. With newes technology and AI, that can finally happen.
Complex processes and products, lack of engineering talent and massive labor costs as well as a lack of intelligent automation have remained the industry’s most pressing challenge. With LLMs and agents, we finally have the tools to solve this.
Our vision is that future purchasing and engineering processes will be orchestrated and run by an AI workforce - ensuring reliable and cost-efficient procurement and flow of goods in an uncertain and complicated world with finite resources.

Our goal is to build a small, but excellent team, therefore we are Senior Product Manager (m/f/d). Your mission is to define, own and execute the product roadmap - from platform to AI - transforming user needs into scalable, loved, and high-performing features, that fuel Resourcly’s expansion as a category leader. 🧠 The Role
Translate Resourcly’s vision and growth goals into tangible product milestones and metrics with CEO
Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features that customers love
Collaborate with engineering & data team to ensure deliverables are technically sound and on-time
Build processes for fast iteration, learning loops, and smooth product releases
Drive product-market fit, validate hypotheses with real users, and define KPIs to track success
Align cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, engineering, data) on product direction and priorities
Take an active role in shaping the product, tech, and the company’s direction
🧑🚀 Who You Are
Take full ownership of end-to-end product delivery lifecycle: from ideation to backlog, epics to sprints and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Iterate fast and scrap concepts even faster, but know when to transition from MVP to building for scale and quality
Enjoy listening and talking to customers and iterating based on feedback
Are willing to work hard, to create something new and groundbreaking
🛠 What You Bring
You are passionate about customer centric thinking and communicating effectively with C-level and product teams to convert customer requirements into solutions that customers love
Strong practical experience with from first contact to contract negotiation and signature and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Min. 5 year of Senior Product Management or Ownership role in early-stage, high growth startup plus experience in hiring A-players
Startup mindset - speed, high agency, resourceful, low ego (company first mindset), and obsessed with creating value
Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
Native in spoken and written German and professional English.
📍 Location & Logistics
Tuesday - Thursday in Office (Germany)
Expect regular customer visits
Start: As soon as possible
Compensation: Top of market (incl. performance based and share options) (We're constrained by bandwidth, not demand - great time to negotiate)
