My co-founder Ian and I combine over 15 years of industry experience, working with companies like SEW-Eurodrive, Terex, Bosch and Carl Zeiss. We co-founded Resourcly, a Techstars-backed, industrial tech startup to help industrial manufacturers streamline complex portfolios to improve EBIT while preventing and reducing idle inventory from being scrapped.
With our solution we want to solve industry problems that we have tried to address for the last decade in the manufacturing companies we worked for, but that have so far been out of reach. With newes technology and AI, that can finally happen.
Complex processes and products, lack of engineering talent and massive labor costs as well as a lack of intelligent automation have remained the industry’s most pressing challenge. With LLMs and agents, we finally have the tools to solve this.
Our vision is that future purchasing and engineering processes will be orchestrated and run by an AI workforce - ensuring reliable and cost-efficient procurement and flow of goods in an uncertain and complicated world with finite resources.

Our goal is to build a small, but excellent team, therefore we are Senior Sales & Partner Manager (m/f/d). Your mission is to identify, acquire, and grow customer and partnership relationships that fuel Resourcly’s expansion as a category leader. If you are excited to work in a very early-stage environment alongside the founders, stellar data scientists and engineers, using AI at the product core to solve meaningful problems - please reach out.

The Role

Identify and prioritize target customer accounts within Resourcly’s ICP (e.g., mid-large manufacturers)
Building and converting a pipeline of high-impact opportunities - across both direct customers and strategic accounts (direct & indirect) - while actively shaping the company’s market presence.
Own and execute outbound strategies to initiate conversations with strategic stakeholders (VP/Director/C-level)
Build relationships with champions, gatekeepers, and decision-makers across multiple buyer personas (e.g., supply chain, procurement, operations)
Account management until handed over (min. 1 year)
Run structured discovery calls to understand customer needs and map them to Resourcly’s value proposition
Tailor and deliver compelling product pitches, demos, and business cases
Collaborate with product, marketing, and founders to shape sales playbooks, messaging, and ICP refinement

Who You Are

Take full ownership of deals, from first contact to contract negotiation and signature and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Be highly performance and success driven, exceeding quarterly revenue targets
Listen and enjoy talking to customers and iterating based on feedback.
Are willing to work hard, to create something new and groundbreaking.

What You Bring

Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing and maintaining and you efficiently turn opportunities into sales
You are passionate about customer centric thinking and communicating effectively with C-level and product teams to convert customer requirements into solutions that customers love
Strong practical experience with from first contact to contract negotiation and signature and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Min. 5 year of Senior Sales and Partnermanagement role in high growth startup plus experience in hiring A-players
Startup mindset - speed, high agency, resourceful, low ego (company first mindset), and obsessed with creating value
Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
Native in spoken and written German and professional English.

Location & Logistics

Tuesday - Thursday in Office (Berlin or Mannheim, Germany)
Expect regular customer visits
Start: As soon as possible
Compensation: Top of market (incl. performance based and share options) (We're constrained by bandwidth, not demand - great time to negotiate)
