Supplier Success Manager (m/f/d)

AI Agents to Bridge the Gap between Engineering & Purchasing to reduce manufacturing waste

Our founders Helena (CEO) & Ian (COO) combine over 15 years of industry experience, working with companies like SEW-Eurodrive, Terex, Bosch and Carl Zeiss. We co-founded Resourcly, a Project A-backed, industrial tech start-up to help industrial manufacturers streamline complex portfolios to improve EBIT while preventing and reducing idle inventory from being scrapped.
With our solution, we want to solve industry problems that we have tried to address for the last decade in the manufacturing companies we worked for, but that have so far been out of reach. With new technology and AI, that can finally happen.
Complex processes and products, lack of engineering talent and massive labour costs as well as a lack of intelligent automation have remained the industry’s most pressing challenge. With LLMs and agents, we finally have the tools to solve this.
Our vision is that future purchasing and engineering processes will be orchestrated and run by an AI workforce - ensuring reliable and cost-efficient procurement and flow of goods in an uncertain and complicated world with finite resources.
We're already live with global manufacturing leaders in Europe
Backed by one of Europe's top early-stage funds (Project A)
Growing fast and hiring exceptional talent to join early
Our goal is to build a small, but excellent team, therefore we are looking for a Supplier Success Manager. If you are excited to work in a very early-stage environment alongside the founding team and transform the manufacturing industry - please reach out.

The Role

As our Supplier Success Manager, you will take a strategic and hands-on role in onboarding and building lasting partnerships with manufacturing suppliers on the Resourcly platform. You will own the supplier journey end-to-end — from supplier acquisition and onboarding to activation, engagement, and expansion — with a clear focus on data availability, supplier adoption, and long-term marketplace value for our customers and partners.
You will work closely with our CEO & Co-Founder Helena as well as the Commercial and Product & Tech teams to translate manufacturing supplier needs into product improvements and scalable supplier success processes. Acting as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for industry suppliers, you will play a critical role in driving supplier participation, accelerating time-to-value for our customers, and building Resourcly’s supplier success processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive supplier acquisition, onboarding, activation, and adoption — from first engagement through first successful value realization, ensuring fast time-to-value and scalable onboarding outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic manufacturing suppliers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, supply chain, sales, IT, and finance
Drive supplier retention and expansion by identifying growth opportunities, developing compelling business cases, and owning renewal and expansion conversations
Define and scale Resourcly’s Supplier Success strategy, partnering closely with the COO, Commercial, and Product & Tech teams to establish playbooks, success frameworks, and best practices
Act as the voice of suppliers internally, translating insights into actionable feedback for internal teams and driving supplier advocacy across the ecosystem

Who You Are

Take full ownership: From supplier onboarding and activation through ongoing engagement, renewal, and expansion, you own outcomes — not just activities
Bring a startup mindset with high agency: Comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building from scratch, and able to move fast while creating structure where it matters
Embody a “learn fast, act decisively” mentality: You experiment early, adapt quickly, and know when to standardize and scale what works
Enjoy working closely with suppliers: You like engaging directly with manufacturing and industrial partners across roles and seniority levels to understand how they operate and what drives value
Low ego, company-first mindset: You prioritize long-term platform value and ecosystem impact over short-term wins or personal credit
Proactive and clear communicator: You communicate transparently with suppliers and internal teams, surfacing progress, risks, and trade-offs early
Balance pragmatism and ambition: You know when “good enough” creates momentum — and when to push for more durable, strategic outcomes

Your Capabilities

You can drive supplier adoption and value: You have experience onboarding and activating B2B partners in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and know how to turn early engagement into sustained participation
You can own and grow strategic supplier relationships: You’re comfortable working with champions and decision-makers, running structured check-ins, tracking performance signals, and identifying expansion opportunities over time
You can translate value into commercial outcomes: You know how to frame impact, build credible business cases, and lead renewal and expansion conversations grounded in demonstrated value
You bring 4–6+ years of relevant experience: In B2B sales, business development, supplier management, or adjacent roles — ideally within SaaS, manufacturing tech, or enterprise software environments
You are fluent in modern CRM and sales tooling: Hands-on with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), sales automation tools, and prospecting platforms to manage pipelines, relationships, and performance
You are fluent in German and English: Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and operational teams in both languages
Optional, but a plus: Exposure to industrial, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing-related domains

Location & Logistics

3 days in office (Mannheim, Germany) w/ frequent travel (~30-50%)
Start: As soon as possible
Compensation: Top of market (We're constrained by bandwidth, not demand - great time to negotiate)

How to Apply

You’ll be working in Stefan’s Team, the Director of Customer and Supplier Success. Please send your CV together with a brief introduction to recruiting@resourcly.com and he’ll get back to you!

Note from Helena, CEO of Resourcly

What drives me personally is the deep belief that Germany and Europe’s long-term prosperity and sovereignty depend on a strong, independent economic engine. To secure that future, we need more AI product-first European champions on the global stage - building not just great software, but foundational systems that change how industries operate today.
My mission is to build one of the world’s biggest automation companies for manufacturing - from Europe. While our headquarters will remain European, our ambition is global. From day one, we benchmark ourselves against the very best in the world and design our product for international scale.
But there’s something deeper that fuels this: the transition to a circular economy. I’ve seen firsthand how complexity in supply chains leads to waste, and how intransparency drives inefficiency - and, inevitably, more waste. In a world of shrinking resources and rising expectations, this is not just an environmental problem - it's a business and economic imperative.
At Resourcly, we’re building the infrastructure to turn unused resources into opportunities, to match supply and demand across silos, and to help manufacturers become more resilient, efficient, and circular - without needing to overhaul their entire systems.
If you share this drive - to make global impact through technology, and to build a more circular, sovereign industrial base for Europe - we would love to hear from you.
