Including:

Develop and maintain project plans for launch and post-launch activities

Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and partnerships

Track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule

Facilitate team meetings, updates, and status reports

Support launch campaigns, including internal and external communications

Monitor post-launch adoption metrics and operational performance

Document processes and workflows for ongoing improvements

Help identify opportunities to optimize launch and post-launch execution

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Bonus: experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Airtable, etc.) or prior startup exposure

What You’ll Gain

Direct mentorship from the founding team

Hands-on experience leading a product launch in a growing startup

Insight into go-to-market planning, cross-functional coordination, and product adoption

Opportunity to lead initiatives that make measurable impact

Flexible remote work schedule

Compensation: Unpaid role

Duration: 2-3 months (with potential to extend)

Location: Fully remote (US-based)
