As we gear up for our next launch phase, we’re looking for a Project Manager who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, coordinate across teams, and help ensure the successful launch and post-launch execution of our new B2C platform.
What You’ll Do
This role bridges both pre-launch and post-launch efforts. You’ll help us plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that ensure our new platform is launched smoothly and adopted successfully. You’ll work directly with the founding team and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure key milestones are met.
Including:
Develop and maintain project plans for launch and post-launch activities
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and partnerships
Track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule
Facilitate team meetings, updates, and status reports
Support launch campaigns, including internal and external communications
Monitor post-launch adoption metrics and operational performance
Document processes and workflows for ongoing improvements
Help identify opportunities to optimize launch and post-launch execution
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Bonus: experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Airtable, etc.) or prior startup exposure
