One of our newest products, Career Companion, helps students and early professionals set goals, build skills, and grow their careers—making career development simple, guided, and connected.

We’re looking for a Community Programs Intern to help us launch and grow Career Companion’s ambassador and affiliate programs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build relationships, engage our community, and support events that drive awareness and adoption.

What You’ll Do

As a Community Programs Intern, you’ll be responsible for growing and nurturing Career Companion’s community of ambassadors and affiliates. You’ll work closely with the founding team to coordinate program activities, manage communications, and foster engagement in our Slack community.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist in launching and growing Career Companion’s ambassador and affiliate programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants
Manage and moderate our Slack community channels
Coordinate virtual and in-person community events, workshops, or webinars
Support communication initiatives, including newsletters and announcements
Track engagement metrics and report program performance to the team
Identify opportunities to expand community programs and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on co-marketing and referral campaigns

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Interest in startups, community-building, or ambassador programs
Bonus: experience with Slack, Notion, Airtable, or community management platforms
