Rezilient Health is seeking a highly motivated Customer Implementation Project Manager to lead customer onboarding, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic growth across our partnerships. This role blends project management, customer success, and implementation support. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of customer launches, manage implementation reporting, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences while handling day-to-day operational tasks.

A key area of focus will be customer implementation and launch management across our client segments. This requires comprehensive planning, cross-functional coordination, and consistent communication. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, supporting workflow automation, and helping track and analyze customer health metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Coordinate launch activities for new customers, creating and managing detailed project timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer agreements and implementation documentation.

Customer Success Operations & Process Management

  • Track customer implementation progress, adoption, and early engagement metrics.
  • Maintain and document operational processes, customer playbooks, and workflows.
  • Support the development and deployment of AI and automation tools to streamline implementation and success operations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain and update implementation and customer success dashboards.
  • Generate reports on customer engagement, onboarding progress, and retention trends.
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting in Hubspot (or other CRM tools).
  • Support development of automated workflows and customer engagement sequences.

Project Coordination

  • Manage cross-functional projects that support successful customer implementations and ongoing success.
  • Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and drive accountability on deliverables.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or customer-facing roles.
    • Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology companies.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
    • Experience with AIand workflow automation tools.
    • Experience with partnership management or B2B relationships.
