We’re seeking a highly motivated Health System Implementation Project Manager to lead customer onboarding, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic growth across our partnerships. This role blends project management, technical implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of health system launches, manage implementation reporting, and ensure seamless go-lives while navigating complex clinical and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
Health System Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new health system partners, managing all planning, coordination, and launch activities.
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary implementation lead between Rezilient and external partner teams, coordinating clinical, operational, and technical workstreams.
- Partner closely with internal teams (Engineering, Clinical Operations, Product) to align system integrations, workflows, and go-live readiness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including health system executives, clinical teams, and vendor partners.
- Collaborate across Clinical, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
- Proactively identify issues or roadblocks, formulate solutions, and drive swift resolution with clear communication and ownership.
- Maintain visibility across all implementation projects and provide structured updates to leadership.
Technical & Data Integration
- Support the integration of Rezilient’s platform within partner ecosystems, ensuring alignment with EHR systems, data interfaces, and workflow automations.
- Coordinate technical requirements, data exchanges, and testing activities with engineering and data teams.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and post-launch support plans.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports tracking implementation progress, partner satisfaction, and go-live readiness.
- Analyze key performance indicators and surface insights that improve implementation efficiency and partner experience.
- Support the evolution of standardized implementation frameworks, documentation, and playbooks to scale future health system launches.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of direct experience managing health system or enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to coordinate large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects involving clinical, technical, and operational teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and interoperability concepts (FHIR, HL7, etc.).
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, HubSpot, or similar).
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred
- Experience with digital health, health-tech, or hybrid care delivery organizations.
- Familiarity with data integrations, workflow automation, and cross-platform system launches.
- Background working with technical and clinical teams to deploy healthcare technology solutions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare data compliance standards.
