On Rheaply’s Asset Exchange Manager (AxM), users from all departments can access resources and expertise from colleagues in the same organization or beyond. As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a data-driven content marketer and technologist to work with subject matter experts to craft compelling and personalized content to support marketing efforts toward demand generation and brand awareness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Vice President of Marketing and External Affairs
- Develop content research based on key user persona data and content terms
- Manage and monitor website SEO, Social Media and CRM tools Craft compelling content and audit existing corporate site to identify areas of improvement
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to measure content effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop tools and processes for content creation
- Work closely with PR and Marcom managers
- Reporting and analytics across marketing tools/technologies
- Execute webinar and video marketing strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Thrive working independently in a fast-paced, changing and exciting startup environment
- Exceptional writing skills that align to vertical- and persona-based research
- 1+ years of SEO related experience is required
- Digital marketing experience is also required
- Experience planning and executing SEO, social media, content and local search marketing campaigns
- Experience at Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesforce and other industry CRM and analytics tools
- Self-motivated and organized
- Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Extremely goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field/equivalent experience
- A demonstrated interest in sustainability or the circular economy (e.g., coursework, work or internship experience, involvement in student groups)
