We are looking for passionate Rise physical community hosts across Nigeria.

Who is a Rise Community Host?A community host is a volunteer representative who is tasked with the duty of planning, executing and administering physical finance club activities in their locality, with support from Rise.

The goal of our physical investment club is to foster a community that supports the member’s financial growth and widespread adoption of Rise.
Club members receive actionable insights and resources that help them become better at making, managing and investing money.

Objectives and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for organizing and hosting one monthly investment club meeting tailored to the needs and interests of local community members.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local influencers, and stakeholders to foster trust and credibility.
• Monitor and grow key performance metrics, including event attendance, member engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of community initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on community growth, feedback, and success stories to share with internal stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about personal finance and investments.
• Leadership skills and ability to work with a team.
• Possess good communication skills.

• Experience in planning and hosting events or managing a community.

• Passionate about building a community of finance enthusiasts.

• Background in Finance & Economics is helpful but not mandatory.
• Knowledgeable about Rise product offerings and their benefits is a plus.

How we measure our success

We will closely monitor the growth of the club membership, the learnings and development of members, attendance records and product sign-ups via unique chapter referral codes.

Training and intake process

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a 2-week training. This will include product/company awareness, education on Rise values and marketing training.
