Your Impact
- Lead advanced data gathering, mining, analysis, interpretation, synthesis, and visualization to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate complex analyses into simple, business-relevant stories and visuals for audiences up to executive leadership.
- Support senior leadership with data collection and presentation development for internal and external events such as board meetings, earnings releases, AOP, Strat Plan, and CAGNY.
- Continually mine data sets and tools to detect new patterns, identify headwinds and tailwinds, and develop portfolio narratives.
- Provide macro consumer trend perspectives and determine their application to products, packaging, communication, and go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in developing new Demand Science processes, tools, and capabilities, driving enterprise adoption.
- Advance partnerships with data suppliers and maximize vendor tools through usage case studies and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience producing high-quality consumer insights and analytics work, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong experience using syndicated data (e.g., Circana/Nielsen) to measure retail sales and integrating multiple data sources and tools to interpret company, brand, and category performance
- Proven storytelling and presentation skills that simplify complex concepts for all levels.
- Strong organizational skills to anticipate key events and plan accordingly to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
- Expertise in integrating multiple consumer data and learning tools, processes and analytical techniques for comprehensive analysis to get to final analysis and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building capabilities across all levels.
- Comfort working in unstructured situations with agility and innovative problem-solving.
- Demonstrated adaptability, collaboration, influence, and data-driven decision-making.
Compensation
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
