Systems Analyst - Trade Systems

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Provide daily production support for TELUS Blacksmith Foodservice TPM processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot promotion, accrual, claim, settlement, and funding workflows.
- Investigate issues by tracing transactions across SAP Trade systems, interfaces, and reporting tools.
- Perform configuration updates, data corrections, and recurring operational checks.
- Support reporting troubleshooting across SAP BW/4HANA, Databricks, Tibersoft and Power BI.
- Validate trade data flowing from SAP CBP, SAP CRM, and SAP TMA (S/4).
- Document reporting logic, known rules, and common troubleshooting steps.
- Serve as an IT point of contact for Foodservice Sales and Retail Trade Operations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Communicate issue status, risks, and resolution progress to stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Support testing, validation, and design review activities for TELUS Blacksmith and SAP TMA rollouts.
- Partner with vendors to track issues, enhancements, and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years in systems analysis, application support, or data‑driven IT roles.
- Hands‑on SQL experience, including joins, filters, and aggregations for issue tracing.
- Understanding of enterprise data concepts, semantic models, core database objects, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience supporting applications, integrations, and end‑to‑end data flows across platforms.
- Familiarity with SAP environments such as SAP BW/HANA, SAP CRM, or SAP TMA.
- Skill translating business issues into functional and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with consistent attention to data quality.
- Clear, concise communication with both business and IT partners.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or managed service providers.
- Travel up to 15% annually.
- Experience with Trade Promotion Management processes (promotions, accruals, claims, settlements, funding).
- Exposure to TELUS Blacksmith, SAP CBP, or SAP TMA.
- Experience with Databricks, Power BI, or enterprise reporting pipelines.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools beyond SQL (logs, batch monitoring, interface reconciliation).
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, or production cutover activities.
Compensation
Pay Range:$72,500-$107,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
