Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. You will coordinate workflows, maintain system accuracy, analyze equipment reliability, and support communication between maintenance, production, accounting, engineering, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of planned work.

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Functional Location Structure and equipment list within SAP.
  • Create and maintain preventive maintenance task lists and plans.
  • Review open work request notifications daily and respond to requestors when a request is rejected.
  • Plan comprehensive work order details, including safety considerations, quality expectations, time requirements, technical documents, labor needs, parts, work instructions, schedules, and equipment information.
  • Visit job sites as part of the planning process and collaborate with technical resources to prepare work plans.
  • Manage the work order backlog and prioritize work orders accordingly.
  • Partner with the MRO Storeroom to ensure effective and efficient “kitting” of parts for planned work.
  • Follow corporate MP&S system requirements and SAP Plant Maintenance standards.
  • Prepare draft schedules ahead of weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Lead weekly planning and scheduling meetings and manage discussions to finalize an agreed-upon schedule.
  • Post and communicate the finalized work order schedule.
  • Communicate priority work orders to Maintenance and Operations teams.
  • Guide Maintenance and Operations on planned downtime needs and ensure downtime is fully optimized.
  • Coordinate contractor services required for planned maintenance.
  • Calculate, track, and communicate metrics related to the Work Management system. Provide insights and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Participate in Maintenance and Operations Daily Direction Setting meetings.
  • Support breakdown analysis as needed.


Ingredients Required For Your Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields).
  • 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related work, such as Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, Maintenance Technician, Reliability Technician, or Industrial Mechanic.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment, parts, and maintenance processes.
  • Experience using a CMMS, with SAP Plant Maintenance preferred.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Compensation

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
