A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehousing operations and production needs to support plant goals.
- Maintain timely loading, unloading, and scheduling of materials and finished product to meet plant and corporate objectives.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders.
- Establish and maintain warehousing rotation and hold programs.
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory to confirm accuracy and identify obsolete product.
- Enforce the plant’s safety program, including Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Monitor the warehousing area and team members to eliminate work hazards and unsafe practices.
- Monitor equipment, submit work orders for repairs, and recommend changes that support safe operation.
- Train individuals on safety procedures, including forklift and hand jack use, loading procedures, and trailer operation.
- Train, motivate, and monitor warehousing team members, recognizing strong performance and addressing issues when needed.
- Drive initiatives that reduce cost through labor controls, damage reduction, and implementation of new methods and tools that improve productivity.
- Backup team positions when needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; four‑year college degree preferred.
- Experience with Excel, intermediate level, and SAP.
- Ability to drive forklifts – both stand-up and sit down (experience with both preferred).
- Previous experience in manufacturing, or warehousing.
- Experience with managing multiple priorities and leading others.
- 2nd shift 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM
Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
