Safety Coordinator

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Manage the annual safety file plan for the facility.
- Provide administrative support for safety key concept tracking and reporting.
- Oversee safety audits, including tracking, corrective actions, and communication of audit results.
- Share safety information and conduct safety training sessions.
- Coordinate the compilation of OSHA incident reports and ensure food safety standards are followed during incident‑related processes.
- Deliver follow‑up communication to internal and external partners and document contact details and notes.
- Provide Environmental Health and Safety administrative support.
- Attend all cell DDS meetings and serve as a safety resource for each cell and support department.
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for improving and executing core safety processes.
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of Safety‑related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Obtain a safety certification within the first 6 months in the position.
- Experience with Intelex and Brady 360.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay Range:$42,000-$55,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
