Hourly Rate: $20.58 an hour + $.65 shift differential
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support production operations within the Syrup, Sauce, and Dressing departments at our St. Elmo, Illinois manufacturing plant. You will be trained on assigned positions and are expected to understand and perform all job responsibilities to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Hourly Rate: $20.58 an hour + $.65 shift differential

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Comply with all company policies related to safety, quality, food safety, and productivity
- Monitor and operate assigned processing and packaging equipment
- Complete required checks, documentation, and data entry accurately and legibly
- Supply production lines with raw materials, cartons, bottles, ingredients, and other operating supplies
- Ensure proper first in, first out rotation of materials
- Perform equipment changeovers
- Complete all responsibilities of the assigned position, including trash removal and sanitation activities as requested
- Work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team environment
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of machine troubleshooting experience
- Experience reading, writing, and maintaining accurate and legible production documentation
- Basic computer proficiency to support job-related documentation and data entry
- Willingness to work overtime as required
