A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a finance and accounting partner for a specified function by assessing needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing sound financial guidance.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for the assigned component of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
- Update the monthly forecast for the assigned function based on business changes and communicate those changes through clear, actionable, and forward‑looking commentary, including guidance on potential risks.
- Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including timely identification and resolution of unusual items and issues.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and models to support a variety of requests based on the assigned function, including product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
- Own project work that rotates across several financial disciplines, including financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in‑market investments.
- Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for the assigned function.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports to business partners and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Three or more years of professional general business and financial experience.
- Experience with profit and loss management and working knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.
- Experience partnering across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve organizational challenges.
- Experience with SAP or comparable financial systems preferred.
Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
