Conagra Brands is looking for Production Operator to join our growing team!
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will operate and monitor packaging equipment to support safe, efficient production at our Rensselaer, Indiana facility. You will complete quality checks, address routine equipment issues, and work with your team to ensure Orville Redenbacher and ACT II products meet Conagra Brands quality and food safety standards.

You will complete quality checks, address routine equipment issues, and work with your team to ensure Orville Redenbacher and ACT II products meet Conagra Brands quality and food safety standards.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Operate, stock, and monitor packaging machines on production lines
- Perform routine product and process quality verifications
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues
- Maintain required production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and policies
- Partner with team members and provide support across the line as needed
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and plant standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic to moderate computer and iPad proficiency
- Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents
- Competence with basic math including measuring, averaging, and ranges
- Readiness to work in a fast‑paced production setting with changing conditions
- Ability to work 3-2-2 schedule | 12-hour shifts 7-7 | Rotate days to nights every 4 months
Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
