A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Support the EHS Operational Excellence Director and team, and Platform EHS Directors through systems implementation, system use, and training to build enterprise capability
- Maintain enterprise Environmental, Health & Safety data management systems to ensure data integrity, availability, and usability
- Analyze EHS and sustainability data to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements, process enhancements, and attainment of EHS performance targets
- Develop, publish, and maintain EHS metrics scorecards and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Maintain the EHS site on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise data management platforms
- Ensure the organization remains on the appropriate version of EHS software applications and research new technology solutions that support Conagra EHS objectives
- Integrate tools and technology solutions to identify, gather, and analyze EHS risks and data to support a world class EHS culture and results
- Manage EHS system and process improvement projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and implementation across the EHS team and manufacturing network
- Promote a world class EHS culture by embedding systems, processes, and tools into daily manufacturing operations to identify hazards, mitigate risk, and prevent losses
- Develop EHS training materials and deliver training at enterprise and site levels to build capability in EHS systems, processes, and tools
- Partner with system vendors to support system availability, usability, and efficiency
- Support the Conagra EHS Audit and Assessment process to evaluate system effectiveness, EHS compliance, management system maturity, and employee engagement in loss prevention.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two or more years of practical industrial or manufacturing Environmental, Health & Safety experience
- Experience developing and delivering training
- Experience supporting project development and project management activities
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations at the state and federal level
- Experience interpreting state and federal regulations and applying requirements to manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Travel up to 25%

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
