Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will be part of our Deliver Supply Chain Center of Excellence that implements and supports initiatives across multiple Conagra locations. Your primary focus will be Warehousing and Transportation, supporting enterprise initiatives that drive operational excellence across manufacturing and distribution environments. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing while partnering with experienced supply chain professionals during Conagra’s transformation into the best Packaged Food company in the world.

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities

  • Complete analyses and business requirements gathering related to warehousing processes, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve efficiency in Warehousing and Transportation.
  • Develop test plans, perform user acceptance testing, and lead onsite end‑user training.
  • Lead site implementation projects from planning through closure.
  • Provide onsite go‑live shift coverage to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Lead change management and communications related to system enhancements or advancements.
  • Provide ongoing end‑user support for Warehousing and Transportation functions.


Ingredients Required For Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or information technology–related field.
  • Five or more years of experience planning and executing supply chain projects.
  • Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing.
  • Functional and technical experience within supply chain disciplines, including Transportation and Warehousing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent.

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
