Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will support strategic sourcing activities across Marketing, Licensing, Sales, Research and Development, Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory, and Foodservice. You will develop innovative, data‑driven sourcing strategies that meet current and future business needs while strengthening supplier partnerships and delivering measurable value across the organization.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize activities related to assigned categories of spend.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support agency and vendor relationships in collaboration with business teams and cross‑functional partners.
  • Build deep knowledge of supplier capabilities, including emerging and evolving supplier landscapes.
  • Secure stakeholder alignment through data‑driven business cases and clear communication.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through execution of key category initiatives.
  • Research and benchmark external agency and supplier data to support best‑practice analysis and implementation.
  • Lead contract negotiations and supplier collaborations with key internal stakeholders.
  • Perform and coordinate supplier risk and financial analysis.
  • Manage product licensing activities, including negotiating licensing agreements, ensuring contract compliance, and aligning agreements with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements.
  • Lead request for information and request for proposal processes to identify, select, and engage suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate and complete contract records.
  • Manage supplier setup and updates within enterprise procurement systems.
  • Provide ongoing industry and marketplace insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Champion change management initiatives that support demand‑driven procurement principles across the organization.


Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required; coursework or certification in supply chain management preferred.
  • Five or more years of related experience in purchasing, licensing, marketing, research and development, or sales.
  • Background in product licensing, including negotiating agreements and managing compliance requirements.
  • Proven success leveraging vendor relationships to deliver cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Strong negotiation and contract development experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of taking strategies through implementation.
  • Results‑focused mindset with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Overall operations and marketplace knowledge, with experience across multiple categories preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement technologies and systems integration.
  • Understanding of material requirements planning concepts.
  • Experience with – Excel – Intermediate level Word, PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% percent.

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
