Reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, you will implement food safety and quality programs onsite at the Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing plant, ensuring daily execution of quality activities, strong regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a plant‑based environment with regular production floor exposure.

This role is onsite at our food manufacturing site in Russellville, AR.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support investigations related to product holds, consumer complaints, and quality incidents, identifying root cause, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities across production and partner with operations to ensure consistent execution of food safety and quality programs.
  • Monitor site quality metrics and drive improvement initiatives aligned with plant goals.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure effective implementation and adherence to site food safety programs, quality policies, and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and certification requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and business partners to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.


Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years industry experience in a food manufacturing quality role or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety principles, food manufacturing processes, and related technologies, including working knowledge of Safe Quality Food standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles, and regulatory requirements such as Global Food Safety Initiative, Food Safety Modernization Act, FDA, and USDA.
  • Experience performing Preventive Controls Qualified Individual responsibilities and supporting regulatory, customer, and certification audits.
  • Hands‑on experience with manufacturing and quality systems, including batch management systems and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, vision inspection systems, and plant quality systems such as Infiniti.
  • Operations experience with the capability to interpret and execute process instructions, including ingredient verification, critical control checks, and clear communication of requirements on the plant floor.
  • Project management experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives such as trials, reformulations, and product launches.
  • Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, investigative, and report‑writing skills, with effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across functions and challenge decisions when food safety or quality is at risk.

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
