The IT Development Associate is part of the CFO Rotational Program, an immersive rotational experience that provides an opportunity to learn various areas of Conagra’s Finance and/or Global Business & Information Services organization. Throughout the program participants will complete three, one-year rotations in different areas of the CFO organization designed to provide a variety of experiences in both technical and business processes. Participants will be integrated in different projects, participate in multiple networking events & conferences, connect with Conagra’s leadership team, and build relationships across the company. They will also be assigned a dedicated mentor to help navigate their career journey. The experience will help participants gain holistic knowledge to carry forward into role placement at the end of the three-year program.
The IT Development Associate performs analyses and reporting for assigned financial area and assists in other financial research projects and analysis of business operations. The IT Development Associate may also perform business partnering, analytics, annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan support, monthly forecasting, metrics and scorecard development and analyses, period close activities, and/or financial modeling. This role is focused toward new college graduates.
