Reporting to the Production Line Supervisor, you will monitor and assist in line production labor while ensuring product quality. You will join a diverse team of over 400 associates.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, Fridays when needed
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 4:00PM-2:30AM (10 hour days, 4 days a week)
Starting Pay: $19.79/hour plus 50 cent shift differential
A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.

A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- You will be making Odom’s Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.’s sandwich products by hand. This would include adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket.
- You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers
- Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, you as production worker will play an active role
- Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
- You will follow Quality Assurance standards
- Production workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line
- Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand
- This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like, lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, using your hands in freezer environment
- This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment
