A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Own daily global cash positioning and support short- and long-term liquidity planning
- Improve cash forecasting by building accuracy metrics and analyzing key drivers
- Oversee cash operations with accountability for accuracy, execution, and control environment
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal controls, proactively identifying and mitigating risk
- Lead treasury system initiatives, including SAP S/4 implementation and bank integrations
- Optimize Treasury Management System and reporting capabilities
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation across treasury workflows
- Manage relationships with banking partners, including account structure, services, and documentation
- Support debt, interest expense, and capital-related analysis and activities
- Partner cross-functionally on liquidity, funding, and enterprise initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or cash operations
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data into clear insights and actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems, SAP, and Power BI preferred
- Proven track record of improving processes, systems, or reporting through automation or standardization
- Strong prioritization skills to deliver in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to work cross-functionally and drive accountability for outcomes
Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
