A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Drive streamlined Supply Chain processes and initiatives across the organization
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities in support of process improvement and risk management
- Apply creative problem-solving with an “art of the possible” mindset to deliver innovative solutions
- Engage cross-functional partners across multiple levels and escalate issues when leadership attention is required
- Take ownership of work assignments that may include ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal formats, tailored to the audience, facilitating meetings with cross-functional leaders
- Support implementation of Procurement tools and processes aligned to digital roadmap initiatives
- Collaborate with super-users and maintain advanced knowledge of systems including SAP Enterprise Central Component and other modules, project management platforms, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management
- Experience with project management, influencing stakeholders, team collaboration, and driving results
- Strong technical skills with systems such as SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Clarizen, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while retaining a strategic, end-to-end perspective
- Strong detail oriented and analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Willingness to travel approximately 10 percent of the time

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
