A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Quality, Finance, and Operations to ensure regulatory and labeling compliance that protects consumers and brand reputation
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements related to export of finished products
- Develop export certifications and assess product eligibility for international markets (outside of Canada and the United States)
- Create and maintain mandatory label copy including product name, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and claims
- Review and approve product names, formulations, descriptions, advertising, and packaging artwork for compliance with international regulations
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve labeling and regulatory challenges
- Share current regulatory knowledge and identify opportunities to leverage requirements for competitive advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
- 5+ years of regulatory experience within the food industry
- Working knowledge of international food regulations outside of Canada and the United States
- Experience across multiple food categories and product formats
- Understanding of food safety, allergens, and product development processes
- Strong research, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a matrix environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SAP Product Lifecycle Management systems
This role does not require work in a manufacturing environment or regular visits to plant locations. Work is performed in an office or hybrid setting, with extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
